This years Subiaco Street Party Sunday November 27 had a record number of visitors with over 40,000 people in the streets of central Subi which were closed off to vehicles for the afternoon.

The summer has come late to perth and now people are relishing the beautiful summer conditions and are coming out in their droves as they did the previous week for the Fremantle Festival which the Bees Knees also performed at. The Bees Knees performed on a stage with with a cat walk that Sam and Zazi strutted their stuff on right in the middle of the party in Rockeby Road. Joined by Humble Bumble Samantha and Zazi's set featured...

"The Wannabee Song", which encourages individuality
and self belief. You can be anything you Wannabee, don't keep it secret tell everybody.

"Fruit Is Fun", promotes eating fruit.

"My Sandpit", is about the joy of play.

"The Long And Short Of It", a melancoly ballad that suggests that it is not what we look like but how we behave towards other people and how we deal with and get through bad situations that makes us what we are.

"Tigers Bears and Lions", is a fun audience participation song where the audience is divided into 3 then are encoraged to growl on cue.

"Boogie Board Boogie", starts with the audience doing a Bees Knees mexican Wave. Once the wave is happening the Bees Knees do the "Boogie Board Boogie".

"Counting The Beat", Bees Knees style. The number one hit from Bees Knees Director Buster's 80's band the Swingers proved its timelessness once again as everyone grooved along.

"Walking Bus", written by Samantha and sung by Zarina, a WAMI song of the year finallist this year and the International iwalk Organisations theme song, closed the show.
